The year is 2114. The Earth can no longer sustain life. The world is in peril. Something had to be done. And then it happened. A past-life regression test controlled by the powerful Restorative Therapy Tribunal was created.

     The sinister Warden of the Tribunal decreed that everyone at the age of forty must undergo the dangerous test. After three past lives on Earth he or she would have only two choices. The first is to be banished to a newly discovered planet or the second, be put to death.

     On his fortieth birthday Arlan Hale is summoned to take the excruciating test. Jake Logan, his soulmate, waits anxiously while Arlan is brought into a glass room and put through the agonizing exam. But then something goes terribly wrong.

     When the sex-craved Warden presents Arlan with the false test results, Jake realizes that he had something more ominous in mind.

     A message from the past and an encounter with several unusual objects provide Jake and Arlan with a plan to rid the evil Warden and save the world forever.
